The largest virtual reality (VR) live event in the world will take place in Madrid. This aids in launching a new metaverse.
MundoCrypto, a cryptocurrency training institute operating in Spanish-speaking countries, is the host of the event.
On August 27, at the WiZink Center in Madrid, 7500 guests will witness the world record in the VR genre. They will also attempt to create a new world record category related to the Metaverse.
The Guinness World Record for the most virtual reality users is currently 1,867 participants. This record was set in 2017, when the Metaverse didn’t exist yet.
The Guinness Book of World Records is sending 15 people to oversee the event. Attendees will wear a VR headset that allows the phone to be inserted. Earplugs will be used for a fully immersive experience.
The event begins at 17:00 CET on Saturday afternoon and runs until midnight. The seven-hour event will be streamed to more than 100 countries in English and Spanish.
Those who show up can have fun in the gaming area, in the NFT room, in the training room, watch presentations by crypto personalities and participate in the Guinness Book of World Records endeavor. Connections with investors and entrepreneurs from the crypto world are also expected.
