Ripple claims that it will be able to continue employing even in a severe bear market, distinguishing itself from many other cryptocurrency businesses that have been forced to reduce their employment.
Earlier this month, the business advertised a number of positions, including one for a lead digital designer. The firm has offices in major locations such as San Francisco, New York, Singapore, and Toronto. Ripple said earlier this year that it will employ up to 50 engineers for its newly created location in Canada.
The bearish crypto market has caused Coinbase, OpenSea, BlockFi, and other well-known companies to have been forced to lay off employees due to financial issues. However, Ripple is not one of them.
Ripple was named one of America’s fastest-growing startups in August. However, due to legal conflicts with SEC on its home soil, the corporation is primarily focused on increasing its operations outside of the United States.
