DragonFly Capital, Nascent, and Ethereal Ventures participated in the round, as did previous investors in MetaStreet. Fintech Collective, DCG, TheLAO, Focus Labs, Mirana Ventures, Metaversal, OpenSea Ventures, Ledgerprime, Meta4, and Flying Falcon were among the new investors.
The firm’s total investment is now $24 million when combined with the $14 million in initial capital secured in February.
The funds will be used to develop trust, credit, and ownership solutions to enable debt and expand the debt infrastructure of the NFT business.
MetaStreet, which was established in 2021, provides liquidity and scalable infrastructure for NFT collateralization platforms. The company intends to supplement the debt system in the NFT market by offering automated underwriting, mitigating waterfalls, and other tools.
