It’s Time For Messari To Hire A COO To Support Future IPOs

Messari’s founder shared about their plan to hire a COO for their company to support IPOs in the near future. He added that the COO job requirements include a love of cryptocurrencies and their potential, kind but ruthless enforcement.

October 22, Ryan Selkis, founder of blockchain analytics firm Messari shared on his Twitter account that he is looking for a new COO for the company. This new COO will focus on supporting future IPOs.

“Only job requirements: love crypto and its potential; kind but ruthless w/execution; they need to be so good, I’m a little scared of them.”‘

Ryan Selkis also made a request for his new COO

Going forward, Ryan Selkis wants to focus almost exclusively on product, key policies, and performance management. So the COO will actually run all the core business functions.

During a chat at Mainnet 2022, the founder of Messari shared that the bear market is the right time to restructure. Selkis thinks there should be more constructive solutions than putting regulations into bans. This move helps the crypto industry move towards clearer guidelines and clearer development authority.
