On October 27, BitKeep Decentralized Digital Multi-Chain Wallet posted a “message” for hackers on its offwaicial website.
In its statement, Bitkeep said, “The work on compensation for hacking damage is 99% complete“. In addition, BitKeep said, this hack was carried out by a hacker first and followed by five copycat criminals.
“According to the results of our own investigation, It’s known that the hacker is a repeat offender and has been linked to multiple hacking incidents. It’s established that the copycat hackers come from a certain Telegram group.”
The hackers are precisely identified with their vital identifying information. If the stolen funds are returned, the 5% bug bounty will be paid to the hacker. If a return is not made within 72 hours of posting, legal action will be taken.
Previously, BitKeep Swap was exposed to a hacking attack through the BNB chain and approximately $1 million worth of cryptocurrency was stolen and this platform has announced that it will fully compensate users.
