This small group consists of Sam Bankman-Fried’s team, who have worked with him since his early days and have a history of romantic relationships. Autism Capital has revealed a letter from a person said to be close to the current actual situation of the exchange.
The letter revealed many people have spent their life savings investing in FTX with returns of 100% overnight and 4-5x over a few years.
In addition, some information confirms the letter updated not long ago that the above incident is FALSE.
“It’s true that you could invest in FTX Intl for up to $250K at a 50% discount. You could also invest in FTX US at the market rate but there was no $250K cap on that. It was not heavily marketed to employees. The previous letter suggested it was as if Ramnik made this decision together with Sam I think this is false and that Ramnik was simply helping coordinate it,” the letter wrote.
In addition, the letter also mentions 2 Circles including individuals close to SBF who know well inside company information.
FTX is still facing the crisis and is expected to raise capital next week. If the rumor is confirmed, it will probably be a dark picture in the crypto industry.
