The Bybit Hardship Fund is an emergency fund established to assist employees affected by the FTX issue. This fund will provide 3 million USD, which will be contributed by the company, with the goal of assisting employees who are facing financial difficulties and have saved $50,000 in FTX. Each employee will receive a living allowance of $1000 for up to 12 months.
This is a generous and brilliant way for Bybit to show their appreciation to their employees.
