38 Million CHZ Will Be Compensated For Individual Users On FTX

The founder of Chiliz has announced the decision to allocate 38 million CHZ to individual users holding CHZ on FTX as compensation for an FTX attack that happened last week, there are 37 million tokens that have been stolen.

On November 13, Chiliz founder Alexandre Dreyful tweeted the announcement of the decision to allocate 38 million CHZ to a public address, and individual users holding CHZ on FTX can receive compensation up to $10,000.

This program does not apply to institutions and requires full legal review and liquidator approval to complete the user compensation list.

As mentioned in an earlier Coincu News article, late on Friday, over $600 million in crypto disappeared from the wallet of defunct crypto company FTX for no apparent reason given.

According to the announcement 37 million CHZ tokens were stolen in this hack.

Currently the crash of FTX is too big a loss for the crypto market. Once a mainstay in the industry, this incident has caused massive damage to a wide range of crypto institutions, funds and companies involved, and user funds are still locked on the platform.
