Trust Wallet, a self-hosted multi-chain encrypted asset mobile wallet, has announced the release of a new web browser extension wallet that supports all EVM blockchains, including Ethereum, BNB Chain, and Solana, and is compatible with Chrome, Brave, Opera, and other browsers.

The Trust Wallet web browser extension allows users to manage, securely store, send, and receive tokens on EVM blockchains such as Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Avalanche, and Solana, with a limit of 8 million types, and can be customized to add other EVM chains.

“Multi-chain is the future trend. We are investing heavily in this area to build a strong infrastructure to ensure users have a smooth multi-chain experience.”

Multi-wallet support, NFT support, fiat on ramp providers, and non-EVM blockchain integrations, which are already available on Trust Wallet‘s mobile app, will be added to the browser extension to improve parity between the desktop and mobile versions. However, some features, such as hardware wallet support, will be available first on the extension.

Binance CEO promoted this extension wallet in his most recent tweet.
