Kevin O’Leary of Shark Tank said that if Sam Bankman-Fried had a new venture idea, he would support him again.

In the context of FTX is collapsing and facing large debts. Kevin O’Leary still believes that the former FTX CEO is one of the people he appreciates. He said in an interview with Onchain Capital CEO Ran Neuner on Crypto Banter:

“I think we can all admit — you can love him or hate him, given what’s happened — but he was one of the most brilliant traders in the crypto universe. He also built one of the most robust platforms. We used FTX actively. It was a very robust platform that allowed us to get information on a compliant basis, so I really liked what he built.”

He responded that he would support Bankman-Fried in a new venture when asked.

FTX is currently facing many difficulties since filing for bankruptcy. Sam Bankman-Fried has also made cryptic comments recently, claiming that FTX US still has enough capital to refund customers.
