Users that connect in their automobiles and submit information to the network will get an airdrop of tokens over the following three months that will, among other things, offer network users a governance utility. Weekly token awards will be paid to users that provide credible telemetry to the network.
According to DIMO, the airdrop is part of the company’s endeavor to hand over the protocol to token holders and will last three months.
DIMO Network is a decentralized automotive data insight network. DIMO is building a user-owned IoT platform that allows drivers to collect and share their vehicle data.
Drivers get insights about their vehicles, contribute data to the open ecosystem where it can be used to build new technology and applications, and earn DIMO tokens for participating.
