A representative said that the CEO of Binance has visited the United States secretly in response to a user’s tweet as the United States apparently considers prosecuting executives for financial offenses.
Particularly in light of concerns that he could run into legal issues there, Zhao’s locations and his moves are often scrutinized. Binance’s Chief Strategy Officer and spokesperson Patrick Hillmann claimed that Zhao had been in the United States.
Following the response to questions on Twitter, Hillmann stated Guangying Chen, a Binance representative, is in charge of two European branches because she founded the company and continues to oversee the administrative team. Besides, Binance’s main corporate entity is registered in the Cayman Islands, which will be updated shortly, Patrick said.
Previously, Changpeng Zhao has told his workers to expect difficult months ahead and has stated that the company would overcome present issues as the crypto millionaire attempts to ease fears about the company’s financial stability.
