Gate.io officially announced that due to the impact of the maintenance of some network nodes of the operator, the current recharge and withdrawal services would be delayed, and other services on Gate.io will not be affected, users can trade normally.
Previously, OKX also stated that due to a short-term downtime due to cloud service provider problems, the funds were not affected. OKX indicates that a “cloud connection issue” is impacting the user experience and that they are working to remedy it. However, the issue has not been resolved as of the most recent withdrawal.
Alibaba Cloud is still fixing its HK Zone C equipment failure at the time of publishing. OKX dev team has been in contact with them and has told them to fix it ASAP. The team said all user funds are safe.
