The community supporting the NFT gaming project Illuvium’s proposal to “cancel its CEO Kieran Warwick’s Illuvitars D1sk battle with the insolvent Three Arrows Capital co-founder Su Zhu’s Illuvitas D1sk” has won 100%, according to the Snapshot page. The approval rate was approved by a vote. The proposal’s substance indicates that direct interaction between its CEO and Su Zhu may jeopardize the DAO’s hard-won image. Canceling the gaming session will assist the project minimize the possibility of “associated fraud”. The event was designed to promote the project’s new collecting game, Illuvium: Beyond.
As was previously reported by Coincu, the community that is responsible for the NFT gaming project Illuvium, DAO, is currently holding a vote to prevent a proposed crypto gaming session between its CEO Kieran Warwick and Su Zhu, the co-founder of Three Arrows Capital, a crypto hedge fund that has just filed for bankruptcy.
Deraji, a member of the project council, was the one who initially offered the proposal while expressing concerns over the reputation of the DAO. Deraji noted that having a direct relationship with Zhu may put the DAO’s painstakingly earned legitimacy in jeopardy. The suggestion suggested that canceling the gaming session will help the project avoid the danger of “scam by association.” This is despite the fact that Zhu is a well-known person in the web3 community and has more followers than Illuvium.
