Rapper Snoop Dogg is recreating his real mansion in The Sandbox’s Metaverse

Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr. better known by his stage name Snoop Dogg, is a rapper, actor, musician, entrepreneur and entertainer who has joined The Sandbox, a leading decentralized virtual world game on the Ethereum network Metaverse, with which players experience gigs and parties and even as ” DoggFather “can play.

Artist Snoop Dogg

Snoop Dogg will join the Metaverse by owning his own virtual land in The Sandbox. He will also be launching an NFT collection that includes player avatars and a limited “Snoop Dogg Private Party Pass” that will give VIP users access to concerts, events, Q&A, and sections.

The rapper plans to release a collection of 3D avatars in The Sandbox, and players will be able to play games with “doggfather” virtual items like Snoop Dogg’s personal collection of cars, dogs and statues, memorabilia, etc.

Snoop Dogg is a pioneer in new technologies, invests in telemedicine and is launching his own esports league series, the Gangsta Gaming League, in 2019.

In April of this year, the artist released “A Journey with the Dogg,” a curated NFT set designed to provide a glimpse into his life, including the NFT-exclusive track. Snoop Dogg’s next step into the NFT world is The Sandbox, a growing decentralized gaming platform where he can share his NFT collection and lifestyle with gamers around the world.

Sell NFT Snoop on the Sandbox Marketplace

To mark the event, The Sandbox is holding a land sale on September 30th, allowing fans to buy land next to Snoop Dogg’s property and become his virtual neighbors in the Metaverse. The rapper said:

“I’m always looking for new ways to connect with fans, and what we’ve created at The Sandbox is the future of virtual hangouts, NFT rewards, and exclusive concerts.”

“We’re going to have a new Dogg-style NFT that players can incorporate into the game to take that online experience to the next level.”

Sebastien Borget, COO and Co-Founder of The Sandbox, excitedly shared:

“The idea of having hip-hop legend Snoop Dogg as a neighbor in The Sandbox metaverse is amazing, and the ability to have a unique Snoop NFT as an avatar in the game is even more fun.”

Like all The Sandbox partnerships, the partnership includes a carefully curated and crafted experience, as well as specific assets that players can buy and use in their creations.

This allows players to enter Snoop’s virtual mansion for an exclusive pool party experience, enjoy Snoop Dogg’s extensive NFT art collection, or explore Snoop Dogg’s car collection. Players can also add voxel versions of Snoop Dogg’s dogs, cars, and other items to their virtual experience.
