Justin Sun – founder of Tron and CEO of BitTorrent – bought Picasso’s “Femme nue couchée au collier” in a “grand price” for $ 20 million.
He also bought Andy Warhol’s “Three Self-Portraits” for $ 2 million. At the same time, he plans to tokenize both and bring them to market on the JUST NFT Fund in the next few weeks.

Justin Sun is well known in the crypto community and is definitely one of the most influential proponents.
The young crypto mogul recently bought a total of 2 paintings totaling $ 22 million. Sun bought Picasso’s “Femme nue couchée au collier” and Andy Warhol’s “Three Self-Portraits” for $ 20 million and $ 2 million, respectively, according to a press release.
Both Picasso and Andy Warhol are among the greatest and best-known traditional artists. Your work has made a significant and enormous impact on the whole world.
Sun won auctions at the 20th Century Art Evening at Christie’s in London. As reported, Christie’s Beeples auctioned “Everydays: The first 5,000 days” for a whopping 69 million US dollars, breaking all previous digital art records.
In March, Tron’s CEO announced the launch of the JUST NFT Fund – a solution to bridge the gap between digital ledger technology and artists looking to issue their own non-fungible tokens (NFTs). The foundation focuses on top artists and artwork and only accepts artwork with a minimum price of $ 1 million with an average value of $ 10 million.
On the subject, Sun said:
“I believe that the art space also follows the 80-20 rule, where only the values of the artists who sit at the top of the pyramid can stand the test of time.”
With this in mind, both of the paintings he recently purchased will be among the first to be tokenized and launched in the JUST NFT Fund in the coming weeks.
The fund’s initial collector’s list will be nearly $ 30 million, including Beeples OCEAN FRONT.
What’s even more impressive is that, according to Christie’s official website, Picasso’s “Femme nue couchée au collier” is the most expensive collection of the 20th century at auction. It was painted in 1932.
