What is Monsta Infinite (MONI)?

NFT play-to-earn games (Monsta Infinite) have been one of the hottest trends of the past few months. This is completely understandable, because playing video games and making money at the same time is an extremely attractive offer.

However, many of these games lack sustainable profitability and / or the gameplay does not have the necessary depth to last long. Most are forgotten when players lose interest or the game no longer generates attractive wins due to lackluster mechanics.

Monsta Infinite was born with the aim of solving this challenge once and for all. It is a monster card game based on Binance Smart Chain that works with economic principles, innovation and rational accessibility. Accordingly, the game promises to be really interesting and useful.

What is Monsta Infinite (MONI)?

Monsta Infinite is an emerging NFT game to grow, fight, and develop in the fast-growing Play-to-Earn and GameFi arena.

In the game, the user forms teams of adorable animals known as MONSTA and fights against the villain JILAKA. In return, players will receive rewards in the form of in-game items and Stamen Tellus tokens (STT), a digital asset that represents the in-game currency, as they battle these enemies.

Players can also train their MONSTA at Dozo – a PvP battlefield where players can compete against each other for a variety of rewards.

In addition to the combat and training game modes, Monsta Infinite also has powerful MONSTA creation and trading features and will offer diverse microeconomics in the game.

team

Monsta Infinite was built by a team of 11 from Singapore and Malaysia. The majority of the team has technology, blockchain, and / or gaming expertise with a passion for creating products that empower the community.

How to play Monsta Infinite

Monsta Infinite is a mobile app and DApp (decentralized app) on the PC that is very similar to many free standard apps in popular game shops. Here is a quick rundown of the steps involved in this game:

– Log in and choose a game mode (e.g. Survival, Monsta Battle or Clone mode).

– If you choose PvE or PvP combat mode, the user must choose a team of 3 MONSTAs to play with.

– As a turn-based card battle game, players can choose opponents to attack / debuff or use skills to strengthen their team.

– If you win, MONSTA will receive in-game items and STT that can be used to promote MONSTA.

– In-game items and MONSTA can be saved for use or traded on the Monsta Infinite Marketplace.

How does Monsta Infinite work?

Monsta Infinite is based on many of the features tested in other popular NFT games like Axie Infinity, Decentraland, and Cryptokitties, but has been optimized for long-term sustainability and includes many of its own improvements.

To start playing, players need 3 MONSTAs to build a full team. These can be normal MONSTAs or some more unique Inception MONSTAs. Inception MONSTA is the first batch of MONSTA that was created. They are the rarest NFT MONSTAs in the game and have the chance to own legendary body parts. Each Inception MONSTA has an ID number from 1 to 4,088 based on the order requested by the owner. All of these MONSTAs are completely “unique” and exist as NFTs.

In terms of gameplay, Monsta Infinite is a turn-based fighting game that allows the user to combine the best MONSTAs and their accompanying skill cards to fight enemies. In contrast to other games, MONSTA can target each opponent of the opposing team individually, which significantly enhances the strategic element for winning games.

Since this is a turn-based card fighting game, players use the skills of randomly shuffled cards to fight by using additional spells on their team to attack / weaken other teams. The game also features detailed combat mechanics that will suit not only casual gamers but hardcore fans as well.

MONSTA cannot regenerate naturally, instead players must use advanced technologies to breed: combine two MONSTAs and STT tokens to create a new MONSTA. Cloning requires both STT and MONI tokens.

As a fighting game, Monsta Infinite offers open world features such as the gathering of resources and skills. Designers can create both aesthetic and useful items according to their design in the game. This process also creates an advertising tool that is used for promotional offers and PvP.

Timetable

Monsta Infinite is currently in the early development phase. The research team lays the groundwork for the combat, trade and breeding elements in the game. According to the official roadmap, the platform and a mini-game will be launched in October 2021 before the full game is launched in the first quarter of 2022. In addition, Monsta Infinite will sell land chests in the second quarter of 2022 and plans to launch a land-based game by the end of 2022.

What makes Monsta Infinite (MONI) unique?

Monsta Infinite was created with the aim of becoming a disruptive force in the play-to-earn space. In fact, it means that they are looking for a fun, engaging, and sustainable game model that is accessible, updatable, and adaptable.

To help with this, Monsta Infinite has a number of unique features that set it apart from other games in space. Consists:

ELO system in Monsta Infinite

Unlike many blockchain games with PvP elements, Monsta Infinite combines both a level system and an ELO to ensure that players can only play against other players within a limited level range.

This feature is designed to give players a more comfortable experience so that they can be sure that they are not going to face overly strong opponents. The method ensures fair competition and fair distribution of the rewards.

Extremely customizable in Monsta Infinite

MONSTA consists of 6 body parts: head, face, torso, tail, arms and legs. They can be promoted to an evolved form by sacrificing other MONSTAs and using resources like STT, Nuts (earned by defeating enemies in PvE). This helps control the MONSTA population while also allowing the user to form a stronger team.

Anti-bot mechanism

Bots are an extremely common problem when it comes to earning games as players often try to automate the resource and item farm using a variety of techniques.

Monsta Infinite masters this challenge with a random captcha-like game mechanic (known as a mystery puzzle) that gives players a buff (strength) when they win and ensures that real players always have an advantage over bots.

Population control

Monsta Infinite differs from other blockchain games in that it carefully controls the rate of MONSTA population growth. The goal here is to make sure the beasts hold their value to the player and fight unnecessary inflation over time.

safety

As a game designed to provide a safe way to make money and save time, Monsta Infinite combines a number of solutions to alleviate players’ safety challenges. Includes building a sidechain wallet on Binance Smart Chain and implementing a two-factor authentication option to completely block seed / private key spoofing attacks.

Two token economy

As mentioned earlier, the game has a 2 token economy, MONI and STT.

MONI is a governance token that holders can use to vote on and stake out important decisions (to generate passive income and dividends). MONI will have a fixed total offer.

On the other hand, STT is used to buy in-game assets and combine MONSTAs (along with MONI). This token can be earned by playing games or buying on an external exchange.

soundtrack

Monsta Infinite differs from other blockchain games in that it has a specially designed soundtrack. The first track is called “Mirror of Rerentment” and can be found on the channel Youtube Official Monsta Infinite.
