Balancer frontend has come under attack, and the issue is currently under investigation by the Balancer team. Users are strongly urged to exercise caution and refrain from interacting with the Balancer UI until further notice.

The attacker has been funneling stolen funds to the following address: 0x645710Af050E26bB96e295bdfB75B4a878088d7E, resulting in a loss of approximately $238,000 so far.

According to PeckShieldAlert, the attacker’s related address, 0xf998, received 1.04 $AVAX from MEXC, a cryptocurrency exchange.

In a recent update, it has been observed that the attacker swapped 15.4 $ETH for approximately 2,730 $AVAX and subsequently transferred these funds to MEXC’s deposit address.
