Pegaxy Review: Play to Earn Horse Racing Game

NFT based games are making the cut in the market for their play-to-earn concept. Pegaxy is another newly launched NFT-based racing game of the potent Pegasus, making roads into this industry with its futuristic mythological mode and engrossing gameplay, making the user absorb himself all-in-all in the game.

The game is not a doddle because of the fierce competition among the mighty Pegasus, specialized in its field. The user races against 11 other racers and earns VIS tokens only if he attains the top 3 positions. So, brace yourselves for your next race, master your prowess and use your tactics to generate amazing rewards out of this lucrative game.

Racing in Pegaxy

To get the hang of Pegaxy, one should follow a proper game plan to quash all the other opponents and make his respite a source of generating profitable funds.

Pre-Race Preparations

In Pegaxy, the user must select and balance his Pega according to the elemental variable of the race before it begins. Once he enters the race, he’ll be sent to the lobby of the Pega’s class he selected before and will be given a minute (60 seconds) to fit gear his Pega.

Gear has either a positive or a negative effect on the attributes of the Pega so that one can modify his Pega beforehand. Therefore, the gear also calls for a plan of action to match the conditions of the race and poise your Pega’s performance.

Race of Pegasus

When the 60 seconds are over, the user will be sent to the Race Arena, where the real game begins. This is the primary part of the game where the user can exhibit his skills and strategies to earn the top 3 positions.

The game will initially be based on auto racers and Random Number Generator generating fair results. However, the team is making the game more control-based to promote skilled players and give them better chances of attaining the top 3 positions.

Post-Race Result

When the race is completed, the result of the race is generated automatically, and you’re done. Moreover, Pegaxy provides the race history and the position of each player, along with rewards for the top 3 players for transparency in the ecosystem. However, if one notices any suspicious activity, he can report it to the team else continue with the next race.

The Grand Dash Tournament

The Grand Dash Tournament is the global tournament of Pegaxy with the biggest rewards. It is the single largest tournament of racing that is live-streamed across our platforms.

There are a total of 12 participants in the tournament. These participants have the highest statistics in their respective classes each month for the next 11 months. 6 players are selected among the 5 classes each month. That makes a total of 132 players from each class and 660 players in total. Thus, if you qualify for Grand Dash once, you’ll be in the tournament without qualifying for any further rounds.

The Grand Dash Rewards

The Grand Dash rewards are different for the qualifiers and the winners of the tournament.

Qualifier: The monthly qualifier will be entered in the tournament, and each class’s top 12 monthly qualifiers will get some PGX tokens.

Finale Winners: The Grand Dash Final rewards are rewarded to the top 3 racers. The rewards are pretty generous, generated from the Ecosystem funds that will eventually come from the Community Treasury.

Breeding of Pegasus

Breeding is an essential part of the game and is also considered the backbone of its ecosystem. The more Pegasus you breed, the more profit you gain.

Breed Count

The VIS and PGX amount of breed count may vary because of the nature of the Pegaxy game’s economic model.

Bloodline

Before breeding, one must understand the nature of the bloodlines. The most common bloodline is dominant, while the rarest bloodline is recessive.

For instance, we breed a Zan and a Campona; then the offspring will surely be a Zan since it is the least rare bloodline.

Breed Types

The Breeds are classified into Founding, Legendary, Epic, Rare, and Pacer. The baby Pega will have the breed type lower than the lowest parent.

For instance, we breed a Rare Kiln with an Epic Campona; the baby will be Pacer Kiln.

Gender

There is no proper system of deciding the gender of the baby Pega; it is decided on a 50/50 basis. However, in the future, the company may provide NFT foods that may alter the gender of the baby Pega.

Renting the Pegasus

The rental system of Pegaxy is an ideal system for a play-to-earn game as equal measures of security are provided to the Manager (Owner) and the Scholar (Renter).

Automated Payout

Pegaxy uses an automated payout that provides an escrow account for every agreement distributing the agreed rental profit among the manager and the scholar.

Rental Process

There are three types of Rental processes in the game:

Fixed Renting: It is a traditional renting system where the owner puts up his Pega for a fixed amount, and the renter will get the Pega in their escrow wallet for a certain amount of time.

Profit Share: This process is used when the owner has many Pegas but doesn’t know any renters personally. So they create the agreement by clicking on “Rent” inside the Pega’s dashboard to place their Pega on the open Rental Marketplace where anyone can accept the offer.

Direct Rental: It is specifically for guilds where the owner creates a rental contract and sends it to the renter to accept. No one except the owner and renter has access to the contract.

Buying and Selling the Pegasus

Pegaxy has its marketplace for buying and selling with a 3% seller fee on every transaction.

Selling

There are two ways of selling NFT in the marketplace:

Buy Now: Put up the NFT for the price you want to sell, and if somebody’s willing to purchase it, the transaction will proceed.

Auction: Put your NFT up for auction at a reserved price. If any bid meets the reserved price, the auction will continue until the last second; otherwise, it will be left empty.

Buying

If you’re willing to purchase an NFT, simply click on “Buy,” and Metamask, along with other wallets, will be displayed to confirm your purchase, and hence your transaction will be completed. But make sure you have the currency the seller is selling his NFT at.

The game will be limited to certain features initially, but it will successfully provide the most exciting gameplay with time and upgrades. So, enjoy gaming and earn monetary rewards.
