Within the last 24 hours, meme coins that played on potential successors to President Joe Biden as Democratic presidential nominee have rallied: “Gabin Noosum,” ticker symbol NOOSUM, rose 15%, while “Kamala Horris,” ticker KAMA, surged 220% during that time period, data from CoinGecko shows.

Biden Replacement Memecoin Surge in Popularity

“Ruburt F Kenidy Jr” or KENIDY, inspired by independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., also advanced 10%. Meanwhile, the “Jeo Boden” memecoin dropped more than 37%.

Interestingly, these figures above coincide with Biden’s doubts about his viability as a candidate striking relief. One Biden ally said he knows he has to convince voters he’s up to the job over the next few days, as per The New York Times, a string of scheduled appearances, including an interview with George Stephanopoulos and campaign stops in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, are critical.

Biden Faces Challenges and Poll Analysis

Campaign officials are digging deep into the polls, one from CBS News that indicates Trump leads Biden 50% to 48% nationally and 51% to 48% in the battleground states.
