MOODENG Pumps 140% Ahead of Binance Listing Launch

MOODENG, the meme coin inspired by a baby pygmy hippo named Moo Deng, has experienced a remarkable price surge ahead of its upcoming listing on Binance.
The token briefly broke through the $0.16 USDT barrier, achieving a 24-hour increase of 140%, highlighting growing investor interest. As of now, the price of Moo Deng meme coin stands at $0.1595, reflecting a further increase of 136.21% within the last day.
On October 25, 2024, Binance will launch the USDⓈ-M MOODENGUSDT perpetual contract, allowing traders to engage in crypto-to-crypto trading without converting to fiat currencies.
According to the statement, the contract will go live at 18:00 UTC and offer a maximum leverage of 75x, allowing users to take highly leveraged positions on the price of the Moo Deng meme coin. The perpetual contract will have a capped funding rate of +2.00%/-2.00%, with settlements occurring every four hours.

MOODENG, which is based on the Solana blockchain, was launched in September 2024 and has quickly gained traction in the cryptocurrency market.
The coin draws inspiration from Moo-Deng, a two-month-old pygmy hippo from Thailand’s Khao Kheow Zoo. Moo-Deng’s playful videos captured the attention of internet users and sparked a wave of memes. The total supply is capped at 989.97 million, with no buy-or-sell taxes.
