Key Points:
For the first time over anything else, Google Cloud has joined ZetaChain in support of the Universal Blockchain by becoming a mainnet and testnet validator. Setting in concrete, it brings new security and scalability within the ecosystem of the ZetaChain blockchain, which has 290 dApp partners, ensuring the universality of any application to all blockchain networks.
Hence, it will have ZetaChain tap from Google Cloud’s suite of validator services set out for keeping web3 applications safe while working seamlessly across chains, according to Zetachain.
This collaboration brings Google Cloud’s robust infrastructure to ZetaChain, enabling even more resilient blockchain networks and accelerated growth for universal apps. Richard Widmann, Head of Web3 Strategy at Google Cloud, says that this collaboration equips developers with the fundamental building blocks needed for efficient, decentralized applications.
The ZetaChain-Google partnership also witnessed the delegation of 1,000,000 ZETA tokens to validators, which continues to aggressively scale the network’s total capacity in order to meet global web3 demand.
