TOP analyst calls the BTC explosion and says that the “Altcoin season” is still ahead

A prominent analyst warns that the “altcoin season” is yet to come as Bitcoin (BTC) will be in the spotlight of the crypto market in the near future.

The person known in the industry as Altcoins Sherpa told his 141,000 Twitter followers that Altcoins will not do well in the near future, largely due to the BTC boom.

Alt / USD will go up (but still worse than Bitcoin). From my point of view, this is not yet the altcoin season. “

The analyst says Bitcoin has made higher ground around the $ 60,000 mark, which is a sign of the trend continuing. He expects prices to rise sharply from the current level.

The analyst says that altcoins will have time to shine, but that will only happen when BTC enters an accumulation phase after a strong breakout. As evidence of this, he cited the period in late 2020 when Bitcoin rose from $ 10,000 to $ 30,000 while most of the altcoins remained unchanged.

Turning to Ethereum, Altcoin Sherpa said that it expects ETH to trend higher on the USD pair but accumulate on the BTC pair. He believes that ETH has the potential for parabolic growth in early 2022.
