Bogdanoff twins Igor and Grichka claim that they learned about Satoshi Nakamoto from a Japanese scientist and helped him invent Bitcoin.
Igor and Grichka Bogdanoff claim that they helped invent Bitcoin and these claims come after years of a long relationship in the crypto space, describing it as the almighty market of forces. French television personalities and former theoretical physicists Igor and Grichka Bogdanoff claim to know about Satoshi Nakamoto and to have been involved in the development of the cryptocurrency. Grichka said on a TV show:
“As mathematicians, Igor and I were able to contribute to the creation of part of the source code, especially the ‘predictive code’.

The brothers worked with Francois Mizzi, who invented the touchscreen in the 1990s, and Japanese scientist Soitchiro Shimoda, who is believed to be close to a person named Nakamoto. The Bogdanoff twins said they were discussing digital currency ideas, but they didn’t provide any details. The Bogdanoff twins claim that Satoshi gave them two ancient bitcoins in physical form. The editor-in-chief of the French crypto media journal, the Journal du COin, Hellmouth Banner says these reliability claims can be considered salt and water as the twins conform to a scientific version of the “Kardashian” family “.
The Bogdanoff twins became famous in France when they hosted the science show xTempts in the 1980s.
“Their atypical looks and their often optimistic and unconventional statements make them good newbies to attract audiences.”
Despite the bold claims about their involvement in BTC, the twins’ mention of their investment in ETH attracted even more attention. The brothers became famous after a series of parody videos in 2018 depicting them as the almighty market in a conspiracy against the average crypto trader. Also in 2015, a popular meme popped up on Reddit when a user posted a photo of the twins titled “How Do They Find It Attractive” about their appearance. A 4chan user then posted a fake list of conspiracy theories about the brothers such as their ability to control the French Prime Minister and Rothschild connections. Conspiracy theories surfaced when a photo of Grichka was on the phone and that photo is now NFT. Igor Bogdanoff suggested:
“Maybe it was Nakamoto who created it [the photo] circulate.”
The Bogdanoff twins have also announced they will be launching a cryptocurrency called Exo-Coin, but they have not disclosed any further details.
