Aqarchain.io Introduces the World’s First Decentralized Real Estate NFT Marketplace

Aqarchain.io is a PropTech, FinTech, and hybrid real estate investing pioneer. The PropTech behemoth has launched the world’s first worldwide blockchain-powered real estate crowdfunding platform, making real estate investing as simple as stock investing.

Aqarchain.io demonstrated its capabilities as the first global blockchain platform to offer fractional NFT for properties during the Future Blockchain Summit in Dubai, UAE, which was co-hosted by Gitex 2021.

Through Aqarchain.io, investors will be able to invest in property infractions such as shares in a property. Aqarchain.io will provide liquidity to the real estate industry by permitting fractional ownership. Despite the fact that real estate has been recognized as one of the most popular investment assets, it is difficult to enter the market as an investor due to the daily rising prices. Aquarchain.io’s invention of fractional investing will allow more willing and interested investors to enter the real estate industry.

The Founder and CEO of Aqarchain, Waqas Nakhwa of Indian descent, said:

 “Our flagship product, the Aqarchain.io platform, is a real estate crowdfunding investment platform. By minting an NFT, every real estate asset will be digitized. This will be fractionalized further into fractional tokens that represent a portion of the asset.”

Each NFT fractional token represents one share of the asset. The tokenized share is advantageous to both buyers and sellers since it allows anybody to instantly transfer ownership without incurring excessive overhead expenditures. It enables easier liquidation and more efficiency when transferring these shares. Furthermore, Aqarchain.io will employ the DAO governance model, in which fractional token owners vote on the governance, value appreciation, or depreciation returns of the property, as well as which assets are listed on the network.

“We’re selling a dream here,” Mr. Nakhwa says. People will pay as low as USD 500 for a portion of an apartment and then claim the rent based on their proportionate share of the property. We also want to eliminate the myth that acquiring real estate is difficult and requires a fortune.
