The artist’s Hot 100 achievement has been marked with a “Blinding Lights” trading card collection featuring five different designs by Cheung. “It’s always been my dream to create cards for music,” said the designer at time, noting that he was thrilled and honored when Billboard approached him about collaborating on The Weeknd’s milestone – one which will undoubtedly play an important role in defining future of recorded sound as we know it today! The Weeknd remains busy with his musical endeavors. On Thursday (Dec 16), two days after releasing the stunning track “Tears In The Club” which features singer FKA twigs and one day before launching another collaboration project alongside Aaliyah for her upcoming album, he released yet another song called “Poison.”

The Weeknd has revealed that his next album is done, and it’s going to be something special. He said on an October episode of his Apple Music 1 radio show Memento Mori: “Only thing missing are some characters who are key in the narrative – people close or dear ones I’ve known throughout my life story; people whom inspired me as a child but also now inspire us all.”
