Cryptocurrency Market Dec 30, 2021: Bitcoin Ethereum and Altcoins Extend Decline

Crypto market December 30, 2021: Bitcoin price failed to initiate a recovery wave and accelerated below the support level of USD 48,500. BTC extended its decline below the $ 47,500 support and at 04:22 UTC BTC was showing signs of a decline near $ 46,800.

Likewise, most of the big altcoins will fall. ETH is trading below the USD 3,880 and USD 3,650 support levels. XRP has settled below $ 0.85 and could move back into the $ 0.80 region. ADA is approaching the USD 1.30 support area.

Cryptocurrency Market December 30, 2021: Bitcoin Price

Over the past three sessions, Bitcoin price has continuously fallen below the $ 50,000 threshold. BTC broke some key supports near $ 48,500 to enter a bearish zone. It even broke the USD 46,500 support area before rebounding. On the flip side, initial support is near the $ 46,000 mark. The next big support is near $ 45,500 with the risk of moving towards $ 42,000 below that.

On the downside, the price may encounter resistance near the $ 47,500 mark. Key resistance is currently forming near the $ 48,500 level.

Cryptocurrency Market December 30, 2021: Ethereum Price

Ethereum price also extended its decline below the $ 3,720 level. ETH broke the USD 3,650 support and traded near USD 3,550. It is currently consolidating losses close to $ 3,700. The next major resistance is near the $ 3,750 level, above which the price can test $ 3,880.

If there are further losses, the price could find bids near $ 3,600. The next major support is near $ 3,550 below which it is likely to fall to $ 3,320.

Cryptocurrency market December 30, 2021: ADA, BNB, SOL, DOGE and XRP prices

Cardano (ADA) is down more than 7%, seeing a sharp drop below $ 1.32. Price is currently trying to rebound but if there is a downside break the price may test the $ 1.28 level.

Binance Coin (BNB) broke the USD 525 support and extended the decline. It is currently trading below the $ 520 mark with the next big support near the $ 500 mark.

Solana (SOL) is down 4% and is well below the $ 175 mark. Price is currently consolidating above the USD 168 support. A break below $ 168 could trigger further losses.

DOGE is trading below the USD 0.172 support area. The price is currently trying to rebound and if successful it is possible to move towards $ 0.175.

The XRP price is trading below $ 0.85. If the bears remain active, a dip into the USD 0.80 support area is possible.

Cryptocurrency Market December 30, 2021: Another Altcoin Market

Many altcoins are down more than 8%, including ICX, UNI, FTM, QNT, ONE, RUNE, BAT, KDA, ENJ, VET and AAVE. Meanwhile, ALGO is up 6% in one day, hitting $ 1.58 and increasing its weekly earnings to nearly 16%, while NEAR is up 11% in one day, 38% in a week, and traded near $ 14.9 will.

Overall, Bitcoin price is struggling and trading below the $ 47,500 level. If BTC trades below $ 45,500, there could be a bigger drop in the upcoming sessions.
