Twitter Is Now Opening Its Own Crypto Division To Pursue Its Web3 Goal

According to a tweet from Tess Rinearson, Twitter’s Crypto Engineering Lead, and a job posting on its Career page, this well-known social platform is looking for a crypto senior product manager.

This indicates that Twitter is building a crypto division to develop crypto-related features.

This job position is described as a Twitter Crypto team member, who is “inform new strategic initiatives in the blockchain and web3 space.” They emphasize: “Our initial focus is on Creators and especially creator monetization. In this capacity, we’ll be looking closely at NFTs and NFT tooling, membership tokens, DAOs, and more!”

This social platform has recently made significant inroads into Web3. It started rolling out a feature a few days ago that would allow some users to use NFTs that they own as their profile photos.
