SOL, LINK and 3 more altcoins to watch in February

A top analyst and trader names SOL, LINK and 3 other altcoins as digital assets to watch this month.

In a new video, altcoin trader Sherpa predicts that smart contract platform Solana’s SOL token will tumble one more time to around $65 before potentially staging a recovery rally to its target $140 level.

“I just want to see the $60-70 area mined multiple times and then some bottoms form. Next the price went up, hit that high volume node again around $140 and then fell back.”

Another coin on the traders list is LINK, which is looking bullish as it is trading near a key support area.

“You just have to follow to buy any LINK dip. I think we could see the price drop back down and drop to around $15 like a double bottom on a low time frame chart. That looks pretty strong to me as it’s on the low end of the range, sales volume is high and buy pullbacks happen pretty quickly.”

Next is the blockchain game Axie Infinity (AXS). Altcoin Sherpa is forecasting a strong recovery for AXS as it continues to hold the $45 support level.

“You can still get double or something like that from $45 to $90 or over $110. That can definitely happen.”

While altcoin Sherpa is currently bullish on AXS, he doesn’t expect the coin to make new all-time highs any time soon.

The analyst is also eyeing Kyber Network Crystal (KNC), an Ethereum-based token used to pay fees on the Kyber Network. According to altcoin Sherpa, KNC is looking very strong even amid the general downtrend in the crypto market.

“I would just consider buying any dip. In terms of resistances, I would look at around $2.40 or close.”

The final coin on the analyst’s radar is Near (NEAR), a developer-focused blockchain designed for scalability and stability. Altcoin Sherpa is forecasting another pullback for NEAR before rallying to the $14 target.

“There could be a potential final shakeout to $8 and I put the price there. But overall the coin is holding up pretty strong and to me it’s looking a bit better than a lot of other coins at the moment.”
