Ether Capital Corporation, a prominent technological corporation focusing on the development of the Ethereum and Web 3 ecosystems, announced the allocation of an additional 10,240 Ether to staking, which is presently valued around $38 million.
The total Ethereum staking amount of the Company is now 20,512 Ether, which is now worth about $76 million. According to a deal with Figment Inc., an industry-leading blockchain services provider, Ether Capital is running validator infrastructure. According to data from the Ethereum Foundation, current staking rewards represent an annual percentage rate of around 4.9%. So far, the Company has earned 91 ETH, or about $335,000 in staking rewards.
Ether Capital, based in Canada, gained crypto community notice in 2021 when it became one of the first public firms to invest millions in Ethereum staking. As part of its treasury strategy, the corporation is resolved to support the growth of this network’s Web 3 ecosystem and serve as its investment hub.
