MILTON KEYNES, UNITED KINGDOM 02/16/2022 — Oracle Red Bull Racing is pleased to announce a partnership with leading cryptocurrency exchange Bybit, bringing the power of the digital economy to the team in a multi-year partnership, with Bybit taking on the role of the team’s lead partner.

Bybit was founded in March 2018 as a cryptocurrency exchange that has grown exponentially and now has over six million registered users worldwide. As part of the new agreement, will also join Oracle Red Bull Racing as an exclusive crypto exchange partner.

This partnership will also expand Oracle Red Bull Racing’s mission to improve fan engagement, with Bybit taking on the role of fan token and technology incubation partner. This will demonstrate that the crypto exchange not only supports the sales team of growing digital asset collections, but also shows Bybit and Oracle Red Bull Racing involved in promoting STEM careers and introduces programming to the audience. Bybit’s core ethos is to support the nurturing of innovation, talent and technology development – this aligns with Oracle Red Bull Racing’s own ambitions as the team develops and expands its Red Bull technology in Milton Keynes.

The partnership fee is paid in combination with cash and BIT, BitDAO’s native governance token. BitDAO is one of the world’s largest decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs), supporting the builders of the decentralized economy and allowing BIT token holders to vote on proposals that will advance technology and open up entirely new ways for people to work together, to participate and do business.

Team Leader and CEO of Oracle Red Bull Racing said:

“I am pleased to welcome BIT to our core team. It’s also fitting that as we step into a new generation of F1 competitions in 2022, with a new, cutting-edge and potentially game-changing philosophy for racing cars, Bybit will also have the technology in hand. They share the team’s passion for being at the forefront of technological innovation, setting the pace for competition and changing the status quo. At the same time, BIT is committed to reviving the Formula 1 fan experience through digital innovation. This is also an important mission for the team, and supporting Bybit will help us create a deeper and more unique bond with fans around the world.”

Ben Zhou, Co-Founder and CEO of Bybit shared:

“We were inspired by Oracle Red Bull Racing’s unwavering passion and resilience. The team changed the game in the same way that digital assets changed the global financial system. As a fledgling exchange, we bond with Oracle Red Bull Racing around core values – age doesn’t matter, hierarchy doesn’t matter and legacy is not what is passed down to you, it is what you create. Rise or fall, at the dawn of the digital economy, everyone holds their own place for financial freedom. Bybit has found that our friendly attitude and the perfect balance of speed, security and reliability are all our users are looking for in our platform. Moments on track are achieved through relentless work to perfect the chassis, engine, craftsmanship and the racers relentless pursuit of precision and concentration in a game that drains adrenaline.”
