NOYACK Logistics Income (NLI), a REIT that invests in supply chain real estate, now accepts Shiba Inu, Dogecoin, and other cryptocurrencies supported by BitPay. A real estate investment trust (REIT) is a business that owns and operates income-producing real estate or associated assets.
This collaboration with BitPay will allow investors to fund their commitment with Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Dogecoin (DOGE), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Shiba Inu (SHIB), Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC), and five USD-pegged stablecoins (BUSD, DAI, GUSD, USDC, and USDP), thereby promoting crypto adoption.
According to Stephen Pair, CEO of BitPay, the cooperation came as a result of more investors looking to diversify their cryptocurrency holdings into physical assets such as real estate.
