According to the latest tweet of Bitcoin of America, Dogecoin can now be purchased at Bitcoin of America ATMs. The largest meme coin is the newest addition to the popular BTM operator’s Bitcoin ATM machines (BTMs).
The top BTM operator stated that it added Dogecoin due to its growing popularity. Dogecoin now joins the ranks of top cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin. Ethereum, the second-largest cryptocurrency, has been added to Bitcoin of America in October 2021. Bitcoin of America also accepts Bitcoin and Litecoin at its BTM locations and online.
This appears to be good news for Dogecoin adoption, as Bitcoin of America has over 1,800 BTMs spread across 31 states. Its universal kiosk allows users to purchase cryptocurrencies with cash after withdrawing funds from a debit card or selling cryptocurrency for cash.
The price of Dogecoin, the largest meme coin, has risen by more than 12% in the last 24 hours, according to CoinMarketCap data. The cryptocurrency reached an intraday high of $0.1384, according to the Binance exchange, and is up 14 % in the last three days. Due to the price increase, it has surpassed the Binance USD (BUSD) stablecoin to become the 12th largest cryptocurrency in terms of market capitalization.
