McLaren Special Operations is an atelier where designers and engineers collaborate, and it now extends that to the virtual Web3 world, facilitates the creation of a like-minded community as well as the ability to push the boundaries of performance, possibility, and design without being constrained by laws of physics or thermodynamics.

McLaren’s design team has partnered with MSO LAB to develop unique, limited-edition McLaren non-fungible tokens (NFTs), with the first limited-edition drop expected soon.

McLaren Automotive’s Chief Marketing Officer, Gareth Dunsmore, stated:

“We have created a new way to interact with customers and fans in the Web3 universe. McLaren Special Operations is McLaren Automotive’s in-house bespoke division so it is entirely fitting that MSO LAB will be our home where we collaborate in the metaverse and push the limits of possibility and design unencumbered by physical constraints.”

McLaren clients will be prioritized when it comes to joining the MSO LAB community, giving them privileged access to a variety of services and advantages that would otherwise be inaccessible.

McLaren will continue to develop and utilize new and unique ways to push the limits of access, authorship, and experience as part of its interaction with the MSO LAB community and study of the Web3 era’s potential.

All McLaren NFTs will be available on the McLaren marketplace, which will be backed by InfiniteWorld, McLaren Automotive’s metaverse partner, which was just announced.
