Non-Fungible Token Issuance (NFT) Protocol Charged Particles is partnering with SportsIcon to produce crypto collectibles with legendary Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi “Gigi” Buffon, an announcement said KryptoSlate.
Paying Particles is a protocol that allows users to deposit ERC-20 tokens (ANY tokens) into an NFT. Scarce NFTs (e.g. art, collectibles, virtual real estate, in-game items, etc.) can now be converted into a basket containing several other tokens.
The principal can be time-bound within the NFT, and through integration with Aave’s aTokens, programmable returns from these DeFi earnings values are just a few clicks away.
Buffon, 43, is an Italian professional soccer player who plays as a goalkeeper for Serie B club Parma. He is considered one of the greatest goalkeepers of all time and has played more than 1,100 games in his professional career.

Gigi Buffon’s nested NFTs are coming out this July, with 5 NFTs nested in a single NFT. Each NFT focuses on the best moments in Gigi Buffon’s career.
Part of the collaboration is the crypto artist collective ‘The Guild’, which continues to make a difference in the NFT space and is launching its second “nested NFT” with Charged Particles.
