Everstake is a blockchain firm established in Ukraine. They claim to be the blockchain industry’s largest decentralized staking provider. The company has 625,000 users and employs over 100 individuals globally.

They collaborated on a rap video with Ukraine’s Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation. Mykhailo Fedorov asks crypto enthusiasts to continue donating to Aid For Ukraine in the rap.

The non-profit organization seeks donations for both military and humanitarian needs. So far, it has raised more than $60 million in a variety of cryptocurrencies. First aid kits, ration packs, and protective jackets have all cost $45 million.

Everstake, FTX, and Kuna are collaborating on the effort, as is Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation.

Sergey Vasylchuk, CEO of Everstake, said:

“Peace comes at a price, but the first wave of donations has subsided. Cryptocurrencies are free from red-tape hurdles, which makes them the most efficient way to provide fast help. Every crypto contribution, no matter big or small, is another nail in the coffin of totalitarianism. Helping Ukraine fight off the invasion means helping us save the free world from enslavement.”

Everstake and its co-founders Sergey Vasylchuk and Yev Zaifert have also given cryptocurrency donations totaling $10 million. Yev Zaifert contributed $9 million on his own. They also contributed to other efforts. This comprises the Kyiv School of Economics’ charitable foundation.

Bickerstaff.734, a Kyiv-based creative agency, created the rap video. “People rarely think about peace as an investment,” said Ilia Anufreinko, their creative director. However, if there is no peace, there will be no chance to pump your Lamborghini or start an alpaca farm. Because it is a very unique communication effort, we feel it will stand out and attract more cryptocurrency donations.”
