Ethereum’s mining difficulty has peaked at another record while new investors continue to participate.
Glassnode has reported that Ethereum mining difficulty has continued to increase, rising to an all-time new high of 1,255,783,319,785,900 H/s.
According to the chart from coinwarz, this is a reasonably significant increase as ETH excavation difficulty increased from 1.138 PH/s to 1.2995 PH/s as of Friday, June 3.
Therefore, Ethereum mining difficulty also surged, reaching 5,703,436,743,435,700. The mining difficulty increases after a large number of new miners jump in.
At the same time, Glassnode has reported that the number of small-scale investors – wallets containing more than 1 ETH – has increased to reach the new ATH of 1,484,710.
