Shiba Inu’s Shibarium Network is to be released in June 2022?

Shiba Inu lead developer Shytoshi Kusama recently mentioned Shibarium repeatedly, hinting that the layer 2 solution is working well. A few days ago, he shared a GIF saying that “laughs at the Shibarium” suggested its release could be coming.

What is Shibarium?

Shibarium will be built on top of the Ethereum blockchain and bypass the high gas fees for transactions. Reports say the upcoming layer two solutions will have much lower gas fees and possibly $0. This will increase SHIB’s trading volume and also attract more new and first-time investors to join.

Additionally, reports suggest that Shiba Inu’s Network will include a small transaction fee used to ‘burn’ SHIB tokens. If the team had developed, it could be a 24/7 factory that continuously ‘burns up’ SHIBs. All these will make the price scale of Shiba Inu increase sustainably and move towards the path of the ‘1 Cent dream’.

Is Shibarium Network coming soon?

This network is the most awaited development of the Shiba Inu token, and investors believe its launch can cause SHIB to scale sustainably in price. Reports are making rounds on social media that Shibarium could release in June, making room for launching a layer 2 solution.

Unification, which is currently working on network, announced earlier this year that development had reached the second phase of its private testnet. However, the public testnet is not yet live, and Unification has kept the development steps confidential.

Some Shiba Inu investors have suggested that the Shibarium is ready for release this month. One user tweeted:

However, it is improbable that the Shibarium will launch at the end of June 2022. Previously, Shytoshi Kusama had revealed that ‘Documentation’ could release in June and not Shibarium in general.

Both the Shiba Inu and the Unification team have yet to reveal the expected release date. The social media release date is speculative primarily and unofficial.
