tAssets (e.g., tETH): Liquid staking tokens that support interest-rate arbitrage and consistent yield generation. Decentralised Offered Rates (DOR): A benchmark mechanism to publish transparent and consensus-driven rates like TESR (Treehouse Ethereum Staking Rate).

The platform aims to create scalable DeFi yield primitives with applications for both retail and institutional users, offering standardised rate exposure and robust infrastructure for interest-bearing assets.

TREE is the native governance and utility token of the Treehouse Protocol. It enables participants to engage with protocol operations, incentivisation, and decision-making processes.

Fee Access: TREE is required to access benchmark DOR rates via on-chain queries. Staking: Panelists and Operators stake TREE to support rate consensus and secure data integrity. Incentives: Distributed to users, contributors, and stakeholders based on ecosystem participation and grant allocation. Governance: Used to propose and vote on protocol upgrades, rate methodologies, and growth fund disbursement.
