What is Polymath (POLY)?

Polymath is a stock trading platform built to combine the stock market with Blockchain technology allowing companies to issue their own shares through smart contracts to participate in the market. securities or call for investment based on your existing assets easily, quickly and inexpensively.

Highlights of Polymath

To create a security token in the Polymath platform, it will have to go through a 4-layer process. Includes the following classes:

• Protocol layer: This is the layer where every new security is provided with knowledge of the laws that need to be complied with. This layer uses Ethereum's smart contract to provide initial KYC/AML compliance.
• Application layer: The application layer allows companies to create a stock token in just a few minutes. This platform will guide users to create a token that represents that security token in the whole process.
• Legal layer: This layer provides a set of legal tools for companies to use compared with relevant legal factors, to ensure that securities are fully compliant with regulations.
• Trading Layer: The trading layer provides liquidity through ST20 trading (ST20 is the native standard in Polymath).
