Opera Crypto Browser Allows Instant NFT Publishing Through Alteon LaunchPad

Opera Crypto Browser has teamed with Alteon LaunchPad to make it simple for newbies in the Web3 or NFT arena to mint NFTs.

Users can utilize Alteon LaunchPad to access a feature that allows them to drag and drop media files into the browser, which writes a smart contract and uploads the content to a blockchain, converting the files into NFTs.

This unprecedented tool, the first of its type for any browser, democratizes NFTs, allowing artists of all backgrounds to participate in the Web3 creative economy.

Susie Batt, Crypto Ecosystem Lead at Opera, stated:

“With Alteon LaunchPad, we are giving users the opportunity to contribute freely to this ecosystem. Now, our users will be able to create NFTs instantly and simply with no platform usage fees, encouraging more people to explore the burgeoning NFT industry.”

Platforms for no-coding NFT minting are not new. Nonetheless, with the browser aimed not only at crypto aficionados but also at the crypto inquisitive, the Norway-based company hopes to inspire more individuals to investigate the expanding NFT business.

Opera Crypto Browser provides both the crypto-curious and crypto-savvy with a smooth, private and secure Web3 experience. With Web3-focused features, a strong partnership network across the crypto ecosystem, and Opera’s robust browsing technology, Opera Crypto Browser provides a unique and safe Web3 experience with features such as a secure clipboard, phishing protection, a malicious-address checker, and the industry’s first multi-wallet management tool: the Wallet Selector.

The Opera Crypto Browser Project is about more than just surfing traditional websites through a one-size-fits-all solution. It’s specifically designed to work with a variety of decentralized apps, or dApps, as well as provide deeper functionality than a traditional browser that has a basic web wallet add-on.

In early 2022, Opera published a beta version of the Web3 browser for Windows, Mac, and Android, allowing users to access decentralized apps (dApps), games, and metaverse platforms.
