Cardano’s ADA Payments Are Now Available To 7 Million Businesses Through This Plug-In

The COTI Network team reported that more than seven million establishments can now accept Cardano’s ADA payments. This news coincides with the debut of the ADA Pay plug-in for midsize firms using Odoo, which was created as part of COTI’s Project Catalyst competition.

With more than seven million users, ranging from small businesses to big corporations, Odoo (On-Demand Open Object) is an open-source option for business applications.

The ADA Pay gateway solution is still one of the fundamental steps in making ADA accessible to the general public, as stated in a blog post. The ADA payment system for businesses, which is based on the Cardano blockchain, enables shops to accept ADA as a payment option with speedy settlement.

COTI invited six teams to develop ADA Pay plug-in solutions that are prepared to be integrated into various e-commerce platforms as part of its participation to Cardano’s Project Catalyst competition.

Now available for iOS and Android is the Flint Wallet – Cardano

The first browser extension Flint Wallet now includes iOS and Android apps, allowing users to use it on both the web and mobile devices, according to recently disclosed upgrades.

The Cardano blockchain’s Flint Wallet, which enables users to send and manage assets on it, is also designed to work with other blockchains like Algorand, Solana, and Ethereum.

The Cardano ecosystem is still expanding. 90 new projects have just been launched on Cardano, and 1,029 projects are currently under construction on the platform. 5,868 NFT projects are active, and there are 5.4 million Cardano native tokens. The ADA price is still declining, though.

According to CoinCu data, at the time of publication, ADA was down 4.26% at $0.43. Whales are still being acquired despite the price slump, with ADA placing among the top 10 assets bought out of the 4,000 biggest BSC whales in the past 24 hours.
