Moonbeam Integrates LayerZero, The Cross-chain Data Transmission Protocol
Parachain on the Polkadot network, Moonbeam has just integrated the LayerZero cross-chain data transmission protocol.
On August 29, the Twitter page of the project posted an announcement about a new partnership with LayerZero.
Derek Yoo, CEO of Purestake – Moonbeam’s parent company, said that integration with LayerZero will bring multi-chain interoperability with many popular Layer-1s such as Ethereum, BNB Chain, or Polygon.
LayerZero is an infrastructure solution to help DApps build chained bridges. One of LayerZero’s built-in solutions is Stargate, which has also attracted a lot of attention recently as it continuously supports listing on Binance and FTX.
According to Etherscan, Moonbeam is the solution that has supported around 9.6 million transactions. This parachain previously integrated Polkadot’s cross-chain data transmission mechanism, XCM.
