Binance Signed An Agreement With Kazakhstan To Develop The Country’s Digital Asset Market
Binance signed an agreement with Kazakhstan’s Financial Monitoring Agency to formalize their common interest in strengthening the country’s digital asset sector.
Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) said in a tweet announcing the news:
The ‘memorandum of understanding’ (MoU) indicates mutual support for the development of cryptoasset and data circulation, as well as the suppression of criminal trade.
Binance intends to expand its Kazakhstani headquarters, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev stated in a plenary meeting on Wednesday, indicating that the exchange intends to develop a regional center.
The Astana Financial Services Authority granted the exchange permission to operate in the nation in August. In May, CZ met with President Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev and other top Kazakh officials and struck a deal with Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Digital Development.
As the exchange continues to seek clearance and registration in countries across the world, the training program has already been completed in France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, Norway, Canada, Brazil, Paraguay, and Israel.
