FTX Hackers Rushed To Transfer The Exploited Funds
FTX hackers are taking action to move tokens to different networks so that withdrawals can be made.
Recently discovered transactions by detective firm PeckShieldAlert showed hackers swapping more than $12 million in LINK to under $10 million in ETH. Slippage of more than $2 million shows hackers are in a rush to withdraw funds.
According to ZachXBT, a pseudonymous blockchain investigator, some funds connected to the wallets used by the account drainer to sell tokens on the Avalanche and Solana networks earlier this morning appear to have been blocked by stablecoin issuer Tether.
Tether has blacklisted over $3.9 million USDT on Avalanche, and $27.5 million USDT on Solana linked to the FTX account drainer.
