On November 28, Ben Caselin, vice president of cryptocurrency exchange AAX, tweeted that he had resigned from the exchange, saying that many people had asked for his help, including his family.
He fought for the community, but his proposed initiatives were not accepted, there was nothing he could do and everyone waited for the next action.
“People, including my own family ask me for help, but there is nothing I can do. Everyone is waiting on actions. I still believe things will be handled without evil intentions, but the damage is done. The brand is no more and trust is broken.”

As was updated in the previous Coincu News article on November 13, the AAX website unexpectedly suspended service, claiming that due to a third-party partner’s error in system upgrades, the integrity of Some user data is not good, affecting platform services and risk management.
Currently, AAX has halted withdrawals for more than 15 days, this exchange has deleted its official Youtube channel and Facebook account, there are rumors that AAX is about to go bankrupt.
