Aptos Labs Collaborates With MoonPay To Integrate The Petra 

Aptos, the Layer 1 blockchain, is collaborating with web3 fintech business MoonPay via an integration with Petra, Aptos Labs’ crypto wallet.

Through MoonPay‘s capabilities, the agreement will make it easier for users to recruit into the Aptos ecosystem.

“Integrating with the burgeoning Aptos ecosystem, first through the Petra wallet, is another step toward delivering on our purpose,” said Bree Blazak, vice president of worldwide sales at MoonPay, in a corporate announcement.

MoonPay has also recently added the token APT on its platform. The coin began trading on exchanges in October, shortly after the blockchain became online on mainnet.

This blockchain has been one of the most talked-about initiatives in cryptocurrency this year. Mo Shaikh and Avery Ching, who previously worked on Meta’s Diem project, co-founded it. The chain employs Move, a programming language built on top of Rust, which is also used on the Solana blockchain. Meta created Move for the Diem project.
