In a very unexpected development, on the morning of December 9, an unknown member of the Nuns DAO community canceled the proposal to donate 100 ETH to ZachXBT, although the previous proposal was publicly voted on and approved.
The reason for this anomaly is that the original sender of the proposal is account Noun 40, believed to be Bitwise Asset Management co-founder Hong Kim who sent his token to Nouns before the voting started, thus losing take effect control proposed.
The Nouns DAO said it would reopen a new proposal and let the community vote again. If approved, Nouns DAO said it will take about 1 week to disburse to ZachXBT.
As mentioned in an earlier Coincu News article, the NFT project’s Nouns DAO community recognized the contributions and opened a vote to donate 100 ETH (approximately 123,000 USD) to ZachXBT “chain detective” for assist him in detecting crypto scams.
With 180 votes and the vote passed 90%. This donation will be sent to the address zachxbt.eth, which currently holds 29,124 ETH.
