Bonfire Has Raised $6.2 Million In Initial Funding, With Coinbase Ventures Participating
Platform for NFT infrastructure Bonfire has raised $6.2 million in seed funding, with Coinbase Ventures and others participating.
Despite the fact that Bonfire’s formal debut is just around the corner, the firm has already had a busy beta period. It has collaborated with bands such as Portugal. The Man and Odesza to produce tokens that provided specific benefits to bands. The latter band released an NFT All-Access Pass that included complimentary tickets to their tour stops. On NFT drops, Bonfire has also collaborated with Web3-native artists like as Daniel Allan. Aside from music, Bonfire has collaborated with podcasters such as Adam Levy.
Bonfire lets its partners build custom NFT-integrated Web3 websites, allowing authors to gain fans by launching and publishing NFTs. The platform is still being tested.
According to foreign media reports, NEA, Variant Fund, Palm Tree Crew Crypto, Libertus Capital, Collab Currency, Pear VC, Coinbase Ventures, Not Boring Capital, and Seed Club Ventures, as well as angel investors Cooper Turley, Lenny Rachitsky, Maya Bakhai, Trevor McFredries, and Cuy Sheffield, completed a $6.2 million seed round of financing.
