Binance Launchpad has announced its 32nd project, Arkham (ARKM), and is set to begin a token sale following the Launchpad subscription format. The token sale will begin with the recording of user BNB balances starting on July 11, 2023, and will continue for a six-day period until July 17, 2023.

During this time, user BNB balances will be calculated in hourly snapshots for each day over the six-day period, with the final BNB holding amount for each user determined as the average of the six days using the Daily Average BNB Balance calculation. The public sale token price is set at 1 ARKM = 0.05 USD, with the price in BNB to be determined prior to subscription.

The Launchpad hard cap is set at 2,500,000 USD, with a hard cap per user of 15,000 USD (300,000 ARKM). The total token supply is set at 1,000,000,000 ARKM, with 50,000,000 ARKM (5% of total token supply) allocated to Binance Launchpad.

The token sale format is subscription-based, with supported sessions in BNB only. The subscription timeline includes a preparation period from July 11, 2023, to July 17, 2023, during which user BNB balances will be calculated. The subscription period will begin on July 17, 2023, and will last for a 24-hour period, during which eligible users must sign the Token Purchase Agreement prior to committing their BNB. It is important to note that once committed, BNB will be locked, and users will not be able to access any other functions, such as transfers, withdrawals, or trading until the final token distribution.

The calculation period will begin on July 18, 2023, and will last for one hour, during which token allocation calculation will take place. The final token distribution will be on July 18, 2023, with the corresponding BNB deducted from the already-locked BNB amount. Once deducted, ARKM and BNB tokens will both be transferred to the user’s spot wallet.
